Turn to page 93 for "Štrukli: "The Best Dish in the World" by Velimir Cindric, with an adapted recipe for Zagorje Cheese Štrukli from The Best of Croatian Cooking. Cindric, a native of Zagreb, discusses the variations on this traditional dish.
